Shipping costs

Shipping within the Netherlands (excluding Wadden Islands) and Belgium is free from a spending of € 100.00. With a lower order value, the shipping costs are € 8.95 per order.

Delivery time

For compact products (under 30kg and less than 1.75m) the following applies: ordered today, delivered tomorrow!
If we receive your online order before 1 PM on weekdays, your items will be shipped the same day with DPD. In most cases delivery is then the next day, at the latest on the working day.

XL products (too big, too heavy or too long for DPD) are shipped with specialized transport companies. The delivery time depends on the delivery address and the route planning of the carrier, but is on average 2-4 working days. The carrier will contact you about the delivery in a timely manner.

When you order multiple items, we do our best to deliver everything as quickly as possible and in one go. Is a product not in stock, or is there a customized product, then the delivery time of your entire order is equal to that of the article with the longest delivery time. If delivery times are unexpected, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Of course it is possible to deliver the goods that are in stock earlier. In that case, we are compelled to charge shipping costs. Then you can reach us through our customer service.

Delivery address

The delivery address is the address to which your order will be sent. It is important that you are there between about 9.00 - 17.00 to receive the order. Unfortunately we can not say in advance at what hour a delivery will take place, but you will receive an email with tracking data from DPD or a telephone message from the transport company.

If no one is present at the time of delivery, our carrier may not leave your order. He will leave a message with further instructions and his contact details.
Optionally, you can send a message to the door for the attention of the carrier, stating that they can deliver the package elsewhere in the street. From experience, we recommend one of the following delivery addresses:

  • your home address
  • your work address
  • the address of family, friends or neighbors that you are sure to be at home.
    In this case, of course, inform the person in question in advance.

Pick up at the sailmaker

Of course you are also welcome to come and collect from the tarpaulin in Haïfastraat 1, Antwerp.
The opening hours are Mon-Fri from 8.00 to 16.30.

The Dekzeilenshop pays the utmost care to your order. Yet it can happen that something has not gone to your liking. You can report this to us via support@dekzeilenshop.nl

Returns

Of course it is possible to return ordered items. This is possible within 14 days after receipt of your order without giving any reason, see also Article 9.2 of the General Conditions:

"The Entrepreneur will reimburse all payments from the Consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the Entrepreneur for the returned product, immediately but within 14 days following the day on which the Consumer notifies him of the revocation, unless the Entrepreneur offers the product itself. he may wait to pay back until he has received the product or until the consumer can prove that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier.For the consumer, the consumer uses the same method of payment that the consumer has used, unless the consumer agrees to another method, the reimbursement is free of charge for the consumer. "

Please note: products that have been custom-made or customized for you can not be returned (see also Article 10 of the General Terms and Conditions).

As soon as we have received the product back, we will refund you the full purchase price by return, but no later than 14 days.

If the product is damaged or used, we will have to charge you for the costs.
